JACKSON`S DOCTOR : CONRAD MURRAY FOUND GUILTY OF INVOLUNTARY MAN SLAUGHTER

The "doctor" whose Propofol killed Michael Jackson, Conrad Murray was found guilty of manslaughter today.  Murray was Michael's personal physician up until his death on June 25, 2009.

What this means is that murray faces a jail term of up to 4 years upon pronouncement of verdict. Meanwhile some Jackson fans are happy about the conviction.
