Well from the looks of it and the plenty noise in the blogosphere, I think its safe to say, that they are!
Paul & the 30 year old Angolan barbie who is also trying to break into the music industry have been rumoured to have been seeing each other on the low for a couple of months now.
I just hope its not something like a celebrity trick just to get our attention, but if it is real and genuine then I wish them - the best of luck.
