WHAT TIME DO YOU DROP YOUR KIDS AT SCHOOL?

I was terribly shocked this morning at the sight of a parent dropping off his kindergarten daughter at school by 6:15am in the morning. "It was barely dawn"

I mean isn't that dangerous and improper, Its just share carelessness if you ask me.
