JAMB REDUCES CUT OFF MARK TO 180

JAMB has pegged the 2012/2013 cut-off mark at 180 for universities and 160 for polytechnics and colleges of education.
Before now, the cut-off mark was 200, isn't this a sign that our level of education is dropping?
