Facebook Apologizes for Removing a Picture of a Chic in Her Bath--They Thought the Pix showed too much Nudity

Facebook has reportedly apologized for deleting a user’s photo after censors mistook her elbows for her breasts, according to inquisitr

The social networking site was the subject of much internet ridicule after its censors thought a woman’s elbows were a pair of perky boobs. In an effort to keep other users from being offended by the image, the photo of the offending boobs lady was promptly removed.

But once the geniuses at Facebook caught wind of the situation, they quickly reinstated the image and offered an apology to the individual for any inconvenience the picture’s removal may have caused.

Of course, this isn't the first time Facebook has had to apologize for removing a photograph that supposedly violated the site’s rules and regulations.

According to RadarOnline, a family had pictures of their baby removed by Facebook censors. Since the child was born without parts of its skull and brain, someone at the site thought the images were offensive.

It didn't take long for Facebook to restore the image and issue an apology.

what do you think? should facebook continue to take away people`s pictures?
Isn't that a violation of some freedom rights or something?
