I heard from SaharaReporters that Governor Patrick Yakowa of Kaduna State and former National Security Adviser Andrew Owoye Azazi apparently died in a helicopter that crashed today in Bayelsa State.
the Governor and Mr. Azazi, a retired military general who served as chief security adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan, were among passengers in the ill-fated helicopter flight on its return from the burial of the father of senior aide to Mr. President which took place today in the Nembe area of Bayelsa State.
However another source has it that Timi Dakolo and his wife Busola were also meant to be on that same flight that crashed as they also attended the burial and were meant to be joinig the governor on that flight if not for a last minute change of plan from Timi Dakolo who then decided to return by road. hmmmm
